I started tutoring English to help people around the world open up new opportunities, gain confidence and spread a little understanding. After all, it’s a small world.

• British, lived in southern Africa for many years, now in Scotland.

• Previously an HR manager and director for more than 30 years.

• Widely travelled.

• TEFL qualified.

• Much experience in writing, both technical and fiction.

• Busy with the first novel, learning the bass guitar, and taming a wandering mind

• Ideally suited to working with pre-intermediate to advanced adult learners, including graduate students and business people. Not suitable for young learners of less than 18 years.
